# Introduction
Tourism is a new discipline. Geography is an old discipline. It is as old as philosophy, which has a history of over two thousand years.
Geography is to record (graph) the Earth (geo). I record a thing from various angles such as climate, topography, vegetation, culture, population, transportation, and industries. Tourism geography emphasizes the relationship between human activities and the natural environment.
Today, we live in a busy society. What is the benefit of recording the Earth? I think it allows you to think with your brain. It allows you to think from various angles. : )
