地域を支える交通・電力・上下水道などの社会基盤（インフラ）整備やサービス供給計画、それら利用需要を高い時空間解像度で把握することが不可欠です。しかし、観光需要は時空間的偏在が大きく、観光産業が卓越する地域の社会基盤整備・サービス計画は、学術上も実務上も難しいチャレンジングな問題です。観光に関する多彩な地域統計・ビックデータを縦横無尽に分析し、周遊・消費・評価などの観光行動を多角的に捉えることで、この問題に答えを提供することを目指しています。加えて高い資源性を持つインフラや、新たなモビリティーを活用した新たな観光のカタチを提案し、地域に実装することを目指します。
